Do you care about the mental health and well being of your family, friends and neighbors?

Do you want to gain the skills and knowledge to assist people experiencing a mental health issue?

If so, join your neighbors for a powerful Mental Health First Aid training that provides you the knowledge and tools to help recognize when a person is experiencing mental health issues, how to assess the situation and get them help.

We’re All Neighbors and the Walnut Creek Neighborhood Safety Team is excited to offer Mental Health First Aid training from Integral Care of Austin.

Normally this training costs $170 per person, however We’re All Neighbors was able to secure this training for FREE! The WCN Safety Team is providing you free lunch on-site also.

Spots are limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis.

TRAINING DETAILS

Date: 6 hour in-person training – Friday, May 5th, 2023
Time: 9am – 3:30pm
Location: TBD (North Austin area)

Participants must complete 2 hours of online self-paced study prior to May 5th. Please contact us if you’d like to join a cohort of neighbors to work on the self-paced portion together.
